On Field Training

WR/DB Technical + Competitive Skill Development

  • Dates: Jan 10 – Feb 28, 2026 (8 weeks)

  • Sessions

    • Grades 9+10: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM

    • Grades 11+12: 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM

  • Location: The Sports Yard (Force Training Academy), 65 ON-5, Dundas

  • Notes: Non-contact • Closed sessions

Sunday

Online Development

Mindset • Student-Athlete • Injury Prevention

  • Weekly 45–60 minute sessions led by Stavros and guest speakers who are leaders in their fields:

    • Mental health & resilience for athletes

    • Student-athlete playbook: time management, nutrition basics, leadership

    • Injury prevention: warm-up routines, load management, recovery habits
