Break Rules:
When purchasing a personal box break, you will receive every card from your sealed box.
Boxes are broken live or recorded within 7 days of purchase, depending on availability.
There are no guarantees regarding the contents of the box—breaks are based on chance and the manufacturer’s collation.
We do not guarantee the condition of cards, and any issues should be addressed with the manufacturer.
All sales are final; refunds are not offered once the break is scheduled.
 
How It Works:
Choose your box and complete your purchase.
Once confirmed, your box will be scheduled for a break—either live-streamed or recorded for you.
After the break, your cards will be carefully packed and shipped directly to you.
 
Shipping Information:
Shipping is included with your personal box break purchase.
All cards will be securely packaged:
Hits (autographs, memorabilia, numbered cards) will be placed in top loaders.
Base cards may be stacked in a single penny sleeve for protection.
Once your package is in the hands of Canada Post or another carrier, we are not responsible for any delays or lost shipments.
 
Refund Policy:
All sales of personal box breaks are final and non-refundable once scheduled.
If you need to request a refund before the break is scheduled, email SK@StavrosKatsantonis.com with your order details. A 5% restocking fee will apply.
We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. Any concerns should be directed to the shipping carrier.
