Break Rules:
 
In group breaks or single pack breaks, you'll receive only the cards corresponding to the teams or singular spot you purchased or were randomly assigned. It's possible to receive a variety of valuable cards, a single card, or none at all, depending on luck, chance, and the type of break offered. There is no guarantee regarding the contents of the boxes or what you may receive from the break. Likewise, there's no guarantee regarding the condition of the cards pulled, and any issues with their condition should be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Consequently, refunds are not offered. Prior to purchasing a spot, please ensure that you are comfortable with these terms. By purchasing/reserving a spot, you acknowledge that you've read and accepted these rules.(Pricing may vary, see Team Spot Pricing)
 
How the breaks work:
 
Each box break we will break one or more packs from a CFL hobby box. The 9 spots for sale represent the 9 teams in the league. Please purchase only 1 team spot so others are able to join in on the break. Once purchased your spot will be saved. When all spots are filled the break will be either live streamed or recorded and posted within 7 days of the slots being filled.
 
Once the cards are drawn they are placed into 1 protective sleeve and 1 top loader before getting sent directly to you. Only hits will be toploaded and hits are to be determined by Stavros. Base cards may be stacked into one penny sleeve before being sent to you
 
How Shipping works:
 
When purchasing a pack break spot you we will handle the shipping. Please make sure to carefully enter in your shipping details.
 
Please note:
 
Once Canada Post or any other carrier accepts a package from us, we can not control the speed of delivery.
 
We are not responsible for packages that become lost or dleayed while in the possession of Canada Post.
 
 
Refund Policy:
 
Our refund policy applies specifically to breaks hosted by us. Please note that due to the unique nature of these breaks, refunds are not accepted within 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the break. By participating in a break, you are acknowledging that you have reviewed and agreed to our break rules.
 
In the rare event that an item is damaged on our end, or if we are directly at fault, please reach out to us at SK@StavrosKatsantonis.com so we can address the issue. Any reimbursements for damaged items will be determined by us based on the value of the cards or spots purchased, and the reimbursement will be processed through a method of our choosing. Please understand that these decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
 
If you wish to request a refund 24 hours prior to the scheduled break, please send an email to SK@StavrosKatsantonis.com with your name, order number, and the specific break for which you are requesting a refund. It's important to note that payment providers charge a fee for each transaction, which is not refunded to us in the event of a refund. As a result, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover these costs. Additionally, please be aware that the buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs for any items being returned to us.
 
Please understand that items damaged during shipping or lost in transit are not our responsibility. While we will make every effort to assist you in resolving these issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, as they are ultimately responsible for items in transit.
